Oh hey, I have a blog. Alright, an update.

Since the MCAT, I've done nothing but concentrate on finishing school and recollecting myself that I pushed aside to finish the semester. I never really knew how demanding school is (even part time). I guess I never really cared about getting A's until now. Damn those perfectionists.

I just got my MCAT results back this week.
Result: about what I was expecting. Not terrible, but not as high as what I had hoped. In fact, I scored around the 50th percentile mark. Numberwise that's a 25. 9 physical sci, 9 verbal, 7 biological sciences. That 7 worries me and I know that as it stands, that 7 will not get me into medical school. Also, I could use some work on the writing sample of the test. I haven't heard anything on the range of letters.

Conclusion: retaking the test. New study plan. Bringing books to Peru.
